What is the Sustainable Community Strategy ?
The Sustainable Community Strategy is a strategy for the future of Malvern Hills District . It is an over-arching strategy which will influence other plans and strategies relating to the District.

What is this consultation about ?
The original Community Strategy for the District covered the period 2003 to 2006. Vision 21 has begun a review of this Strategy and has produced a draft Sustainable Community Strategy 2006 - 2021.

Vision 21 has drawn up this draft having analysed research and statistics about the District and the results of previous consultations into the public's views and concerns. We now want your views on our proposals !

To help, please complete the Community Strategy Questionnaire on-line. (Word version) or you can download a PDF version of the questionnaire.

We are also holding a series of consultation meetings, open to all, in different parts of the District. These will be held as follows:

Malvern - Priory Lodge Hall, Avenue Road Monday, 18th September 2006
Tenbury Wells - Pump Rooms Tuesday, 19th September 2006
Upton upon Severn - Memorial Hall Thursday, 21st September 2006
Martley -Memorial Hall Tuesday, 26th September 2006
Kempsey - Parish Hall Wednesday, 27th September 2006

All the meetings will start at 7.00pm

Please let us have your views. The closing date for comments is 29th September 2006
