The full Partnership meets periodically to receive reports, debate and determine future priorities, agree programmes of action and consultation processes.

A Partnership Working Group co-ordinates and drives much of the work on behalf of the full Partnership to deliver priority actions and programmes. A series of specific Task Groups have also been formed to tackle particular issues. These Task Groups are disbanded once the task has been completed and others are formed as new issues emerge.

Some strategic issues require action and solutions that cross boundaries of Local Strategic Partnership areas. It is therefore important that links to other LSP's are encouraged and maintained. For example, to those covering the County of Worcestershire and other Districts within the County.
